The Systems Administrator role will drive the implementation, maintenance, operations and improvement of our back-office infrastructure supporting all our end user devices. The role will engage with all teams to provide direction and assist with the tools managing device imaging, software and patch deployment, and asset management, complex problem resolution, as well as providing innovation in this area. Role will also be put on production support rotation with other IT EUS members which entails(but not limited to) assisting end users with day-to-day break/fix issues as well as imaging, shipping and inventorying laptops. The Systems Administrator works under general direction of managers and will assist in providing technical direction to junior team members.

Your Role In Action:

  • Drive the effort to ensure efficient and resilient operation of the technology systems and the appropriate designs of those systems.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for tools that support all end users and their devices such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, etc.), Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), JAMF, Active Directory, and Microsoft365.
  • Be an escalation point in troubleshooting complex environments as problems arise, test fixes, and perform follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
  • Seek, identify, recommend and document improvements to processes.
  • Assist in team development while holding colleagues accountable for their commitments, helping to identify and remove roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.
  • Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications under development.
  • Provide support to our End Users on a rotation schedule
  • Drive a continuous-improvement strategy for upgrading and supporting desktop operating systems in a Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Assist in forecasting future IT infrastructure needs.
  • Seek knowledge of industry trends and technology and apply when designing new solutions.
  • Execute sound judgment and make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

Your Skills:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in an IT Systems Administrator role supporting endpoint and/or systems infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Experience with the following: scripting in PowerShell; Microsoft Ecosystem; virtualization; cloud services (Azure or AWS); infrastructure automation; Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Insight.), SalesForce and Tableau
