HR Operations Specialist (hybrid)

Your Role in Action

  • Be the first point of contact for employees
  • Support the HR Team, and Senior HR Business Partners in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Support L&D function, organize onboarding and ensure extraordinary new hire experience
  • Perform audit checks in relation to employee records
  • Ensure compliance with HR Policy and Procedures
  • Complete Employee Lifecycle Administrative tasks (offer letters, contracts and new starter checks, right to work, resignation documentation, manage onboarding)
  • Educate and refer team members to appropriate resources
  • Maintain relationships with HR counterparts and work collaboratively to develop company-wide HR Support
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Make independent decisions

  • You will report to Senior Manager, HR

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in HR Admin, or HR Operations role
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Fluent English
