Our Systems Engineers oversee operational monitoring, maintenance and support of our flagship product in the cloud - RelativityOne. The team monitors services, applications and infrastructure to ensure the product and services provided to customers are following agreed upon Service level agreements between customers and Relativity.
You will be part of a project team that is responsible for automating day-to-day operational workflows and developing scripts in PowerShell and creating Jenkins pipelines

Your role in action:

  • Identify, develop and maintain automation processes to improve inefficiencies and simplify complex problems in various areas of the cloud-based solutions
  • Create scripts based on specified requirements and standard operating processes
  • Solve incidents reported by monitoring systems and other teams
  • Troubleshoot environments as problems arise, apply fixes, and perform follow-ups to ensure incidents have been adequately resolved
  • Oversee the application environment to run and maintain the technology and determine the advisement of potential technology or process improvements
  • Recommend and implement infrastructure solutions
  • Manage knowledge transfer and mentoring for other team members

Your skills:

  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in scripting, automating and orchestrating infrastructure-related procedures (PowerShell, Python, Bash, REST API, other welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, able to interact and build relationships, able to explain technical information to non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of Windows Systems Administration
  • Experience in servers and services administration on Windows platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, and experience working with a DevOps team focused on implementing and enhancing continuous delivery capabilities
  • Understanding of and experience in ITIL processes is a plus
  • Understanding and experience in Agile, Lean methodologies is a plus
