Internal Trainer (Remote)

As an Internal Trainer at Relativity you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating live trainings that are part of onboarding or ongoing learning and development for Relativity’s Service Delivery department.
Your Role in Action
- Prepare for, conduct, and schedule seminars, workshops, and training sessions
- Support and encourage new employees in Relativity’s Service Delivery department
- Keep attendance records and provide timely follow-up to trainee attendees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for onboarders as well as assessing materials for areas of improvement
- Monitor engagement during sessions and communicate engagement levels using established systems
- Identify updates that are necessary to live trainings and work with instructional designers/eLearning specialists to ensure training content stays evergreen
- Assist with customer-facing trainings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years proven experience as a corporate trainer at a technology company for teams that service a highly technical application (ex. Global support, Customer Success, Implementation teams)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, or relevant field
- Expertise in implementing effective teaching methodologies and tools (mostly virtually, but some in-person may be required)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Advanced time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in common tools and applications (MS Office, esp. PowerPoint and eLearning software)
- Ability to adapt teaching style to accommodate the needs of the learner
- A growth mindset and desire to keep current with new techniques in corporate learning
Minimum Qualifications
- 3years' proven experience as a corporate trainer
