Course Overview

Become a Relativity trainer with the Relativity Certified Trainer (RCT) program – the first of its kind at Relativity. With access to Relativity training materials, training environments, and our full-time trainers, you’ll have all the tools you need to successfully train, on your turf.

Like all our certifications, the RCT program is rigorous, including pre-work, a weeklong bootcamp, and a final evaluation on your ability to train a portion of Relativity 101. Once you register, you'll complete six hours of pre-work in preparation for a weeklong bootcamp. Once certified, you can host Relativity 101 trainings for $350/attendee – half the cost of a standard Relativity training.

  • Learn the fundamentals of adult education
  • Review facilitation methods for classroom training
  • Practice the techniques required for clear technical instruction
  • Apply evaluation methods and give constructive feedback in a supportive environment

Audience: Relativity power users with an interest in training others

Course Length: Five days


  • A valid Relativity Certified Administrator certification
  • Employed at a sponsoring company

How to Attend a Bootcamp

Where: Bootcamps will be held either entirely virtually or entirely on site at one of Relativity's offices. When registering for a bootcamp, review the city details or email to confirm if your training is virtual or on site.

Each bootcamp is five (5) full days, and you must attend in person (or virtually, if specified) for the entirety. Throughout this time, you will:

  • Observe the Relativity 101 training
  • Interact with the technology used to deliver Relativity training
  • Review and implement adult learning principles and training best practices
  • Conduct live demonstrations of Relativity functionality
  • Create supplemental content to help personalize and contextualize the Relativity training experience
