Bowman and Brooke LLP is a nationally recognized trial firm with one of the largest product liability practices in the country. With a highly skilled in-house team and desire to expand their project portfolio, the firm wanted more control of technology. Relativity’s APIs fit the bill, knowing they’d be able to build custom workflows and integrations unique to their business. As a robust end-to-end tool, Relativity could also help them manage all their e-discovery needs in one place.

Partnering for Long-term Success

With Cimplifi, Bowman and Brooke built a highly collaborative relationship in customizing Relativity for Bowman and Brooke’s clients. For one project, they partnered on a customized medical records database to tag, track, link, cross-link, and review specific data sets for all the records. Cimplifi also helped build a one-click PDF add-on to take the database content on the go, streamlining deposition and witness preparation.

Cimplifi initially set up a 2 TB data environment for Bowman and Brooke in Relativity Server, which quickly grew to 10 TB in just three years. After five successful years with Cimplifi and Relativity, the firm renewed with Cimplifi and is now migrating to RelativityOne for three additional years and 20 TBs of data.
