1. Cooley saw the end of long to-do lists

Joy Thornhill and Phil Anton, litigation support analysts at Cooley, often found themselves feeling bogged down by their checklists when it came to the case set-up process. The cases they work on are complex, with one case requiring 25 separate search term indexes that couldn’t be updated with a script, requiring manual updating each time new documents entered their workspace. Keeping track of all the associated tasks took a lot of mental energy, making it hard for Joy and Phil to ever feel truly done with their work.

By leveraging Automated Workflows, Joy and Phil no longer need their tedious checklists. Instead, they can ingest their data and then forget it until they get an email.
