Parcels Expands Legal Intelligence Offering With Relativity aiR

Parcels, a litigation support provider, has expanded its platform offering to include aiR Review, Privilege and Assist, integrating AI across its legal intelligence practice as part of a broader strategy to serve global law firms and the corporations they represent. 

As part of its expanded adoption, Parcels is leveraging Relativity aiR across a range of legal use cases, including: 

• High-volume document review across complex, multi-matter portfolios 

• Privilege review and logging for defensible, consistent privilege determinations 

• Real-time conversational AI assistance for attorneys and review teams  

The expansion builds on Parcels' long-standing commitment to Relativity's AI platform for legal data intelligence, an investment dating back to 2019 that has grown alongside the company’s expanding litigation support work. 

Through its unique footprint with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Parcels works with a wide range of global law firms and is now leveraging those relationships, along with an expanded forensics practice, to build more direct connections with corporate clients. Relativity aiR is central to that growth strategy, as Parcels responds to rising client demand for secure, defensible access to advanced AI across legal workflows.
