October 21, 2026

Relativity, a legal data intelligence company, today announced an expanded partnership with United Litigation Discovery (ULD), a consulting firm that specializes in e-discovery. Under a new long-term, integrated pricing agreement, ULD will move 100% of its Relativity Server data to Relativity aiR over the next year, with the aim of improving outcomes and lowering costs for its clients.

As part of the agreement, ULD will make aiR the foundation of its service offering. The company will deliver advanced AI capabilities in a highly scalable, secure environment under an all-inclusive, predictable pricing model that helps decrease overall legal spend.

The collaboration will support key use cases, including:

  • Document review and analysis with advanced generative AI capabilities

  • Next-generation technology-assisted review (TAR) and automated hybrid workflows that blend TAR with generative AI

  • Conceptual analytics across chat and collaboration sources such as Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, with on-the-fly translation and audio/video transcription

“ULD has been a valued Relativity partner since 2021, and we’re proud to see them go all in on aiR,” said Steve Couling, Chief Sales Officer at Relativity. “Their commitment reflects confidence from both sides on where AI is taking legal work.”

“We’ve taken a thoughtful approach to how and when to make this transition, and we believe the time is right to make a full move to Relativity aiR,” said Morgan Caparaz, President and CEO of ULD. “This investment is an important step for our business and our clients. We’re excited to build on our relationship with Relativity and continue delivering high-quality services to the clients who rely on us.”
