Phil Saunders is the Chief Executive Officer of Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company relied on by the world’s largest law firms and corporations, the expansive public sector, and an extensive network of partners. As CEO, Phil immerses himself in the execution of Relativity’s vision and global strategy, guiding the delivery of purpose-built, AI-powered technology that enables customers and partners to carry out their most important legal work securely, efficiently, and at massive scale. Through direct engagement of Relativity’s global community, Phil is committed to building on the company’s long track record of industry leadership while continuing to advance innovation across the legal technology landscape.
With more than three decades of experience in the technology industry, Phil has led enterprise software organizations through periods of transformation, growth, and platform evolution. Prior to joining Relativity in 2022, he served as CEO at Cornerstone OnDemand following its acquisition of Saba, where he led the successful integration of the two companies, increasing profitability and customer retention. He was the President and CEO at Saba Software and held roles focusing on sales and business development at Oracle, Motorola, SafeNet, and Thales (formerly Gemalto).
Phil serves as a board director and Compensation Committee member at Collibra, a leader in unified data and AI governance, and as a board director and Chair of the Human Capital and Compensation Committee at Vertex, the Nasdaq-listed global leader in tax compliance software solutions. Phil currently sits on Relativity’s Board of Directors and previously on Cornerstone OnDemand’s public company board during his tenure as CEO.
Phil earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from the University at Albany, SUNY and his Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Phil and his family are active supporters of and volunteers at Lunch Break, their local community soup kitchen and community center.

Chris Brown is the Chief Product Officer at Relativity. In his role, Chris leads Relativity’s product and user experience functions and is responsible for Relativity’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering. Under his leadership, Relativity has built the leading AI and data platform for legal data intelligence, responsibly integrating advanced AI, machine learning, and agentic capabilities into real-world legal workflows that are widely adopted and deliver measurable impact at scale.
Chris brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling digital platforms across complex consumer and enterprise markets, with a career-long focus on applied AI and data-driven systems. Prior to joining Relativity, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Kapow Events, leading the company through its acquisition by Cvent, and spent nearly a decade at Orbitz Worldwide, a publicly traded global travel technology company, where he served as Chief Product Officer and helped build a global travel platform and award-winning, AI-powered mobile applications. From early work on expert system–based AI and rules engines at Trilogy Software to leading teams applying machine learning at scale, Chris has consistently transformed emerging AI, cloud, and mobile capabilities into trusted platforms that drive adoption and measurable real-world impact.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a passionate supporter of the university to this day, serving as a Board Member and President of the Electrical & Computer Engineering Illinois Alumni Board.

Keith Carlson is the Chief Technology Officer at Relativity. In his role, Keith heads up Relativity’s technology and architecture strategy, leads a global technical team of software developers, and oversees the security function. Since joining Relativity in 2019, Keith has driven architectural transformation to the cloud, applied his extensive technical experience to mature RelativityOne's SaaS delivery model, and launched cutting-edge generative AI-powered product solutions.
Prior to his time at Relativity, Keith spent over seven years at Amazon Web Services where he founded and led the inaugural cloud fraud prevention and detection organization, building highly available systems to protect one of the world’s largest cloud platforms. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles across regulated, mission-critical industries, leading globally distributed teams and delivering large-scale software platforms.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and his Magistri in Artibus Liberalibus Studiorum Prolatorum (Master of Liberal Arts) in Information Technology Management from Harvard University. Keith and his wife are generous supporters of the arts, including the Goodman Theatre, as well as organizations such as the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and NPR.

Beth Clutterbuck is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Relativity. In her role, she serves as the executive architect of the company’s people strategy. Since joining the company in 2020, Beth has led a multi-year strategy to position the HR function as a catalyst for strategic value creation. Beth oversees the full people portfolio, including organizational development, talent development, workforce planning and talent acquisition, total rewards, employee experience, social and community impact and global HR operations. She is responsible for ensuring that Relativity has the organizational capabilities, leadership strength, and talent infrastructure required to scale a cloudnative, AIdriven future.
Over the last 25+ years, Beth has worked in multiple industries and across all HR disciplines. Before joining Relativity, Beth served as the Chief People Officer at Cloudreach (now Eviden), where she built and executed a global people strategy that supported rapid scaling, international expansion, and operational maturity in a highgrowth technology environment. Beth is also a nonexecutive board member at beqom, a global compensation and performance software provider, and a Steering Group Member for Aspierations, a nonprofit supporting recruitment, retention, and resource development for candidates and employees with autism.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and English Communications and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Illinois UrbanaChampaign.

Steve Couling is the Chief Sales Officer at Relativity and has 30 years of technology sales experience. In his role, Steve leads the company’s global sales organization in support of customers. Under his leadership, Relativity executes a hybrid go-to-market model that supports revenue growth through a global partner ecosystem and a direct sales team, enabling customer expansion, new customer acquisition, and international scale. Steve has spent nearly two decades working in the legal technology sector, and more than half of that time has been dedicated to supporting Relativity’s international growth.
Steve joined Relativity out of the UK as Director of International Sales in 2012 and was the first Relativity employee hired outside of North America. Since then, he has played a key role in building Relativity’s global commercial operations and driving revenue growth across international markets. Steve became Relativity’s Vice President of International Sales in 2016, and then in 2023 moved to the U.S. to take up the role of Chief Sales Officer. Prior to joining Relativity, Steve held sales and management roles at Legal Document Management, Toshiba Information Systems (UK), and Kensington.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University and a diploma from the University of Sheffield.

Kirk Larsen is the Chief Financial Officer at Relativity. In his role, he oversees the company’s global financial management, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, investor relations, and capital allocation. Additionally, Kirk leads Relativity’s finance and accounting functions. His focus is on maintaining a strong financial profile that supports Relativity’s strategy and growth.
Prior to joining Relativity in 2024, Kirk was President and Chief Financial Officer of Black Knight Inc., a software, data, and analytics company that serves the housing finance continuum. With more than three decades of financial leadership experience, Kirk has built an exceptional track record of scaling SaaS companies and building long-term value creation through strategic financial planning, capital allocation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kirk serves on the board of directors of NCR Voyix Corporation (NYSE: VYX) and is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Folded Flag Foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kirk is passionate about giving back to organizations that support education, food security, and animal welfare.

Cristina Rossman is the Chief Marketing Officer at Relativity. In her role, she leads the company’s global marketing strategy, spanning brand, communications, demand generation, and pricing and packaging. She has scaled Relativity Fest into one of the legal technology industry's most influential events and launched the AI Visionaries program, elevating industry dialogue and accelerating the responsible adoption of AI across the legal sector. At a seminal moment for the profession, her leadership helped cement Relativity's position as a leader in legal data intelligence as generative AI reshapes the working world.
Cristina brings over two decades of SaaS experience scaling high-growth platforms. Prior to joining Relativity in 2020, Cristina spent 18 years at Morningstar, where she was a co-founder of the in-house startup that created Morningstar Direct, the company’s flagship investment analysis platform. In this role, she held full commercial responsibility, including overseeing sales and pricing and packaging, scaling the product into a global industry standard. Later, as Vice President of Product Marketing, she built a centralized marketing discipline.
Cristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and her Master of Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Laurie brings deep expertise in building and operating partner-led growth models across enterprise technology organizations. Prior to joining Relativity in 2023, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy for SumTotal at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she led operations for the full SumTotal business following its acquisition from SkillSoft. Laurie joined Cornerstone through its acquisition of Saba Software and played a critical leadership role in the successful integration of Saba and Cornerstone. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Gemalto, Blue Coat Systems, and Westcon, developing a strong foundation in global partnerships, channels, and go-to-market execution.
Throughout her career, Laurie has been recognized for her leadership in the partner ecosystem, including being named one of CRN’s Top 100 Women in the Channel and a CRN Channel Chief. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from St. John’s University. Outside of Relativity, she serves as a leader with The Pawling Resource Center, supporting individuals and families in need through access to information, referrals, and practical services.

Grounded in the belief that outstanding customer support is the cornerstone of Relativity’s business, Andrew promotes a culture of exceeding customer expectations, no matter the scope of the task.
Andrew joined Relativity in 2016 as Vice President of IT to oversee the IT department comprised of three groups: applications, infrastructure, and project management. Prior to his current role, Andrew previously served as Chief Information Officer at Relativity from 2017-2021, where he aligned technology strategy to company priorities to support scale and operational maturity.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Technology Sydney and supports several charitable causes, including the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, OneGoal, and World Bicycle Relief.

Adam Weiss is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Relativity. In this dual role, Adam oversees the company’s strategy, global business operations, legal, IT, procurement, and facilities functions, as well as its Poland operations. Adam leads key corporate initiatives and advances organizational effectiveness while drawing on his background as a legal executive to connect and collaborate with Relativity’s customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Adam has more than two decades of experience in the legal and technology industries. Prior to joining Relativity in 2023, he served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Cornerstone OnDemand. During his 16-year tenure with Cornerstone, Adam supported annual revenue growth from $7 million to nearly $900 million and played an integral role in guiding the company through major milestones, including global expansion, an initial public offering, multiple acquisitions, the creation of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation and, ultimately, a $5.2 billion take-private transaction.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor (JD) from UCLA School of Law. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is actively involved in his local community.

Tim joins the Relativity team as an accomplished executive leader after more than 32 years with KPMG —a global network of professional firms, with 189,000 people providing audit, tax and, advisory services in 152 countries. He was Chairman of KPMG International from 2007 until 2011. In this role, he led the global executive team responsible for the management and operations, and chaired the global board responsible for the strategy, oversight, and governance of the global network. During his career with KPMG, Tim held several senior leadership positions, including Chairman and CEO of KPMG LLP, the U.S. and largest member firm of KPMG International, Global Vice Chair Audit and Advisory Services, and Global Vice Chair of Human Resources for KPMG International. He brings significant directorship experience, including current service on the boards of Walmart Stores Inc., JP Morgan Chase & Co., Alcoa Corporation, and United Healthcare Group. He also previously served as a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and as a member of the World Economic Forum's International Business Council. Tim earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he currently serves on the school's Board of Trustees.

Mark is a Managing Director and Head of Value Creation at Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing. Mark originally joined Silver Lake in 2009 to lead the value creation efforts of Silver Lake in Europe. He rejoined the firm in his current role in 2013 following a period serving as Chief Development and Chief Operating Officer of Skype Global S.à.r.l, a former portfolio company, and as a Corporate Vice President of Microsoft. At Skype and then at Microsoft, Gillett drove acceleration of Skype's growth strategy and led its integration following Microsoft's acquisition of the business. While at Microsoft, Mark also oversaw the broader growth of Microsoft's enterprise and consumer communications, cloud, software and services portfolio.
Mr. Gillett is based in Menlo Park, and previously worked in the firm's London office. He works closely with CEOs and their teams across the Silver Lake portfolio, serves on the board of directors for WP Engine and has previously served on the board of directors for Quorum Software, European Directories (the holding company for DTG, Fonecta and Herold) and as a board observer and advisor at Ancestry.com and Boomi, a Dell Technologies Company.
Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Gillett was a Managing Director and Partner leading the High Technology, Telecoms and Private Equity practice at Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M"). At A&M, he specialized in operational diligence, performance improvement, growth acceleration and turnaround management of online, consumer and enterprise software and other technology enabled businesses. While at A&M, he served in interim leadership positions and advisory or operating roles including at Lehman Brothers Holdings International, ADT/Tyco (France), Navigon AG, and iSOFT plc. He also led engagements with several leading private equity firms.
Mr. Gillett holds twelve US and several international patents in the fields of networking, communications and security and is a Member of the British Computer Society, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Member of the IT Service Management Forum.

Mr. Osnoss is a director of Cegid, Cornerstone OnDemand, EverCommerce, First Advantage, Global Blue, LightBox, and Relativity. He previously served on the boards of Cast & Crew (as Chairman), Instinet, Interactive Data, Mercury Payment Systems, Sabre, and Virtu Financial. Mr. Osnoss graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics and a citation in French Language. He has remained involved in academics, including as a Visiting Professor in Practice at the London School of Economics; a member of the Dean’s Advisory Cabinet at Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences; a participant in The Polsky Center Private Equity Council at the University of Chicago; and a Trustee of Greenwich Academy.

Andrea is Managing Partner at Cleveland Avenue, a venture capital firm that focuses on building and growing food, beverage and restaurant companies. Most recently, Andrea was President and CEO of World Business Chicago and led the organization’s mission of inclusive economic growth, supporting businesses and promoting Chicago as a leading global city. She has also served as Deputy Mayor, Chief Neighborhood Development Officer for the City of Chicago. She also served in the United States Attorney’s Office and paved the way as the first woman and African American to serve as the First Assistant in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She has held executive leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Andrea has held multiple civic and business appointments. She was appointed to the Chicago Board of Education and to the Cook County Health and Hospital System Board. As the former President and CEO of the Chicago Urban League, she led the organization’s focus on expanding economic opportunity in underserved communities.
