Our Story
From Relativity Fellows to Relevate
Since 2020, we’ve been bridging the opportunity divide, providing training and mentorship to help individuals build meaningful careers. What started as Relativity Fellows in Chicago has evolved into Relevate — a global program designed to open doors for emerging talent in the legal tech space.
We’re not just changing lives — we’re changing the face of the legal tech industry.

Build your skills and get career-ready with hands-on mentorship and coaching from established career support programs – hosted by our partners One Million Degrees, Braven, Year Up, Genesys Works, and more, and supported by Relativity volunteers.

Kraków
Get your foot in the door with two months of intensive training – powered by the Hearty Foundation and Relativity volunteers. You’ll receive mentorship, attend career workshops, and gain real-world work experience to jump-start your career.
Ascent Academies: Your Open Door to a Career in Legal Tech
Develop transferable skills in engineering, product management, and customer success through our self-paced online learning curricula. Open to participants worldwide through the Nerds.Family platform, these academies provide targeted upskilling to prepare you for a role in legal tech through:
- Free training and career support in a flexible, asynchronous learning environment
- Challenging yet achievable learning milestones with consistent mentorship and collaborative peer support
- Community-driven growth, where participants and alumni learn by teaching each other
- Real-world experience and access to jobs at Relativity and other top legal tech companies
