Become a Relativity Fest Chicago Mentor
Make a difference in one student’s career and help nurture the next generation of legal professionals.

About the Program
Small Commitment, Huge Impact
Each year, Relativity grants Relativity Fest scholarships to a select group of outstanding law, cyber, paralegal, and data science students to help them learn about Relativity, explore career paths, and expand their professional network.
As a mentor, you’ll meet with your assigned scholars every month, from June through October. You’ll share your journey in the industry, what you’ve learned along the way, and may even help your scholars pursue a Relativity certification.

Then, the big moment: Relativity Fest Chicago
In October, mentors and scholars will come together at Relativity Fest Chicago* for four days of education and networking.
Your job: introduce your scholar to your network and help them build long-lasting relationships. In return, Relativity will pay for your conference pass. It’s a win-win.
*Plan your trip: Mentors should arrive in Chicago by Sunday, September 27, 2026, to join the scholar workshop at Relativity’s headquarters on Monday, September 28. Relativity Fest kicks off the next day, Tuesday, September 29, and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1.
